ADMINISTRATIVE PREJUDICE AS A PRE-JUDICIAL RELATION BETWEEN AN OFFENSE AND A CRIME

Abstract. The article discusses the application of administrative prejudice, reveals the sign of repetition, the mechanism of its application to a number of articles in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, indicates articles with a sign of a previous criminal record, which aggravates the responsibility of the attacker, as well as the characteristics of the criminal who committed identical or homogeneous crimes.
