Аннотация. Проблемы формирования гражданственности студентов в рамках модернизации медицинского образования в контексте реализации молодежной политики в Российской Федерации относятся к числу актуальных и наиболее обсуждаемых тем. В статье привлекается внимание к методологическим предпосылкам формирования гражданственности у молодежи в медицинских вузах. На основе анализа предложены концептуальные подходы к модели такой системы. Личностный потенциал гражданственности рассматривается как основа инициирования студентов на самовоспитание и саморазвитие, формирование гражданских ориентиров и идентификации в профессиональной деятельности.

Abstract. Problems of forming citizenship of students in the framework of modernizing medical education in the context of the implementation of youth policy in the Russian Federation are among the relevant and most discussed topics. The article draws attention to the methodological prerequisites for the formation of citizenship among young people in medical universities. Based on the analysis, conceptual approaches to the model of such a system are proposed. The personal potential of citizenship is considered as the basis for initiating students to self-education and self-development, the formation of civic orientations and identification in professional activities.

4. ONE BELT ONE ROAD FROM THE GEOPOLITICAL POINT OF VIEW

Abstract. Western geopolitical studies have evolved over a hundred years, forming a systematic and authoritative classical geopolitical theory, providing a set of thought models and epistemological frameworks related to geopolitics, that is, “Western geopolitical imagination.” Affected by this, contemporary western geopolitical elites will have two kinds of habitual thinking when interpreting China’s “OBOR” Initiative: the first is the historical analogy, by comparing China with the rising powers in history; the second is the common sense, by imagining that China will imitate itself pursuit of expansion and hegemony. This article critiques the cognitive foundations of traditional western geopolitical theories, and points out that neither the “OBOR” Initiative pursues power and control, nor follow the “state-centrism” path, nor take the perspective of the “dichotomy” of land and sea confrontation. It is an attempt to transcend traditional geopolitical thinking.

Аннотация. В статье дается краткая характеристика дисграфии нарушений письменной речи, проанализированы теоретические анализы проблемы дисграфии, являющейся нарушением письменности ученых и исследователей. Нарушение письменной речи составляет значительный процент среди других нарушений речи, встречающихся у учащихся начальных классов. Дисграфия является серьезным препятствием для освоения учащимися начальных классов школьной программы, а письменная речь играет важную роль в жизни человека. В настоящее время очень актуальны вопросы диагностики и коррекции дисграфийских нарушений у учащихся начальных классов. В статье кратко описывается классификация дисграфий.

Abstract. The article gives brief characteristics of dysgraphia disorders of written language, the theoretical analyses of the problem of dysgraphia which is a violation of the writing of scientists and researchers. Violation of written speech is a significant percentage of other speech disorders occurring in primary school students. Dysgraphia is a serious obstacle for the development of primary school pupils school programs, and writing plays an important role in human life. Currently, the issues of diagnosis and correction of dysgraphic disorders in primary school students are very relevant. The article briefly describes the classification disgrafii.

В статье содержится информация о заражении уток различных возрастных групп, содержащихся в частных и индивидуалных хозяйствах, смешанными гельминтами как Ganguletagarius dispar, Drepanidotaenia lanceolata и Amidostomum anseris, определении экстенсивности и интенсивности инвазии и разработке мероприятий по борьбе с гельминтами.

11. ON THE ISSUE OF COGNITIVE AND PRAGMALINGUISTIC COMPONENTS OF RUSSIAN ANECDOTE

Abstract. The article discusses the cognitive and pragmatic aspects of the Russian anecdote. Russian anecdote is an independent speech genre with a set of characteristic features and stereotypical elements, including the use of indirect speech acts, which at a cognitive level are perceived by one of the participants in anecdotal dialogue as direct. The stereotypical semantic content of the anecdote still presupposes the two-partness of cognitive and pragmatic elements, creating asymmetry of introduction and decoupling, an obligatory structural and semantic pause before the final. The pragmatic attitudes of the anecdote as a speech genre differ significantly depending on many sociocultural circumstances and the cognitive background of the communicative situation.
